22* Veterans commit suicide every day...

As our men and women in the United States Armed Forces come back from the battle field many suffer from Post-Traumatic Stress. Our goal is to help educate and show our support for the men and women that suffer from the stress of combat and war.
The Goal of 22 A Day is to bring awareness to family and to provide resources for those affected by PTSD and Veteran suicide.
We have many sayings we want to live by, they are;

Suicide Is Not An Option
22 A Day is 22 Too Many
Until there are none
We Will Not Give Up
Never Forget

Help us spread the word and bring help to those affected by PTSD and Veteran Suicide.

*The VA's 2012 report stated 22 veterans commit suicide every day – a number that’s still often cited incorrectly. That number also included active-duty troops, Guard and Reserve. The 2018 reports from the VA states that the average number of Veterans who died by suicide each day is 20. We will fight everyday for all military members, past and present.

About us

Our goal is to raise awareness and direct others to resources available to Veterans with PTSD

Since 2012 we strive to help others learn more about PTSD and to show them they are not alone.
If you or someone you know is suffering with PTSD or the loss from a family member or friend who has committed suicide we hope to be a help. Through our story we want to end the more than 20 veterans suicides that happen every day.
As our men and women in the United States Armed Forces come back from the battle field many suffer from Post-Traumatic Stress. Our goal is to help educate and show our support for the men and women that suffer from the stress of combat and war.
